It was the perfect day to pick out our Christmas tree. Of course we were going to go today no matter what, because it's the day after Thanksgiving, which means it's officially the Christmas season!, but the sun was out and the air was warm and we loved running around Maine Mountain Man Christmas tree farm looking for the tree that wanted to come home with us. The snow was a lot deeper there than it was at home and we had to "dash through the snow" as Violet would say. Abbie ate snow and said "a bite, a bite, a bite" the whole time. The farm had a big selection, 15 acres of trees, and a quaint little shed with hot cocoa, candy canes, and cookies. We loved our Christmas tree adventure this year.
Reminder for next year: Bring a sled and turkey sandwiches.
Couldn't be more perfect!! Reminds me a bit of the Griswolds, although your adventure ends better! Merry Christmas...a Savior is born!
I'm just straight up jealous about this, not gonna lie!! :)
