Surfing 2/23

Friday morning we left bright and early (4 AM, I guess that's more like dark and early) for surfing with Tom and a friend, Brett. Jaco beach was about a two hour drive, and we wanted to get there when the tides were right for surfing. We both tried our hand at surfing, although Stephanie was considerably more skilled with the board than Andrew (did I mention that Andrew is clumsy?). Stephanie's prowess was probably genetic though, because Tom was quite frankly pretty awesome. After the waves were finished at Jaco, we went south a few miles to Esterillos. Esterillos was perhaps the most beautiful place we saw in Costa Rica.
