Saturday all five of us headed up to the Arenal Volcano area. Arenal was a really cool place. The volcano is constantly active, but you can only see the lava at night (it's too bright out during the day). Unfortunately, it got pretty cloudy both nights we were there, but we could still see a good bit of the volcano. We stayed at the Volcano Lodge, which offered a nice view of the volcano from the back porch. The first day at Arenal, Andrew, Stephanie, and Ashley went on a zipline trip on one of the neighboring mountains. The views were pretty spectacular, and the ziplines were pretty high and long.
